A donation can be cancelled any time up to 2 days after payment is made. If a donor requests cancellation after 2 days, Saad Foundation may refund the donation provided it has not been used for a charitable project.
How To Cancel
Email saadfoundation2010@gmail.com with donor name, donation amount, date of payment, phone number, email address and transaction/reference number.
Review Process
We will verify the request and respond within 7 working days. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment mode where possible.
Receipt
If a donation receipt has already been issued, the donor must return the original receipt to our office address before the refund can be processed.
