- Adolescent participation
Through the SABALA Project, SAAD Foundation works with school-going adolescents to promote adolescent participation, development and well-being.
The project focuses on:
Life Skills Education
Sessions help adolescents develop communication, decision-making, problem-solving, self-awareness and other skills needed to navigate everyday challenges.
Menstrual Health Management
We create awareness among adolescent girls about menstruation, menstrual hygiene and healthy practices.
Menstrual Hygiene Support
We provide sanitary pads and menstrual hygiene kits to girls who may face difficulties accessing these essential products.
Safe Learning Spaces
Adolescents are encouraged to ask questions, express themselves and understand issues that affect their health, education and future.
Your donation can help an adolescent girl:
- Access menstrual hygiene products with dignity
- Understand menstrual health and hygiene
- Attend school with greater confidence during menstruation
- Develop essential life skills
- Build self-confidence and decision-making abilities
- Access reliable information about her health and well-being
- Participate more actively in school and community life
Your Support Can Turn Information into Empowerment
For an adolescent, something as simple as a menstrual hygiene kit, a life-skills session or a safe space to ask questions can make a meaningful difference.
Your contribution can help ensure that no girl has to compromise her education, dignity or confidence because she lacks access to menstrual hygiene products or information.
